Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at wecare@tosy.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a separate order for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method automatically. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
