Shipping policy
Shipping Policy (Domestic US)
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free standard shipping for all orders (3–5 business days). Expedited options, including 2-day and 1-day shipping, are available at additional cost.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the United States. For special requests, please contact us at wecare@tosy.com.
Order Status and Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If your order has not arrived within 7 days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at wecare@tosy.com with your name and order number.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details. We accept returns for unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery, and refund the full order amount.
If your order arrives damaged or you encounter any product issues, please email us immediately with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. We review all cases individually to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
